ICM Controls has one state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in North Syracuse, NY.
ICM Controls has essentially combined three factories under one roof – captive printed circuit board fabrication, automated electronic assembly, and captive injection molding. This gives us a distinct advantage in the marketplace by allowing for:

All returns must be authorized by the Seller’s Sales Department and given a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Issuance of RMA number does not acknowledge goods as defective by the Seller. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and are subject to inspection prior to disposition. Product built to Buyer’s specifications cannot be returned under any circumstances. Material accepted for return is subject to a minimum service charge of seventy-five ($75.00) or 10% of the billing invoice, whichever is greater, plus all transportation charges incurred by the Seller. ICM Controls regularly receives inquiries into Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) for the products we manufacture. Under the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) issued by the U.S. Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), our products are classified as "articles" and are therefore exempt from the HCS regulations requiring MSDSs.
