RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Support:
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and presentations.
- Calendar Management:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are efficiently scheduled.
- Coordinate and prioritize appointments, including internal and external commitments, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, and ensure all necessary resources and materials are available.
- Attend meetings as requested, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Make travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating itineraries.
- Provide travel support and assist in managing travel-related expenses and receipts.
- Information Management:
- Maintain a systematic filing and information retrieval system for documents and records related to the CEO’s office.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and business partners.
- Strategic Planning & Data Analysis:
- Support development and execution of the company’s strategic plans and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights from data and communicate findings to support strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Project Management:
- Help CEO oversee strategic projects, ensuring they are on track, within budget, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Help CEO monitor project milestones, risks, and issues, and provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, which may include research, analysis, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
