Inside Sales Representative


  • The ISR will acquire and retain new accounts, while securing better penetration of existing accounts.
  • Partner with ICM leadership to influence and execute Inside Sales territory strategy including US and International sales coverage.
  • Produce, provide, and implement a plan that addresses product, pricing, training, and distribution to exceed goals in a competitive OEM and Aftermarket marketplace.
  • An ability to build and leverage personal relationships for business outcomes.
  • Work with ICM Sales Team to advance regional and international sales plans and manage staff to achieve sales goals.
  • To hold others accountable for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Drive top line sales results within assigned territory, in conjunction with the Regional Sales Team, by conducting business development actions and activities.
  • Conduct a minimum number of daily agency calls (as stipulated by the Inside Sales Manager) complete with calendar buildout and pre- & post call documentation.
  • Achieve meaningful market share maximizing quote/win ratio to meet and exceed plan
  • Execute account plan and frequently monitor progress relative to plan
