- Prepare and present technical presentations on ICM products to expand customer knowledge and understandings of ICM product and services offerings.
- Provides technical and non-technical support and services to customers or other staff members regarding the use, operation and maintenance of product.
- Initiate and confirm that both customer and system requirements are met on any given product.
- Ensures sales, technical, and process standards are met and followed.
- Builds and maintains rapport with key customers; identifies new customer opportunities.
- Stays current regarding industry trends through surveying consumer needs and advising ICM Sales and Engineering teams in those trends.
- Recommend both new and existing ICM product lines to customers with cost driven support and technical advancements.
- Weekly collaborative efforts with ICM Engineering, Sales, and Product Management teams.
- Maintain and improve customer relations by securing orders, guaranteeing product standards and ensuring product delivery schedules.
- Other duties as assigned.
