Contractors/Technicians: RMA’s must be completed at the distributor/supplier from which the ICM Controls unit(s) were purchased.

Distributor/Suppliers: Please fill out the form below to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for products purchased directly from ICM Controls. Once this form is submitted, ICM will contact you regarding the status of your RMA within two business days.
