ICM Controls Corp. uses SMS/text messaging through Twilio, integrated with the UKG Ready app and other authorized company systems, to communicate with employees. Messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Employee account notifications
- Scheduling updates
- Timekeeping alerts
- Payroll notifications
- HR announcements
- Benefits communications
- Compliance-related communications
- Other employment-related notices
This messaging service is intended only for ICM Controls Corp. employees who have opted in through the UKG Ready app or another authorized company system.
By providing your mobile number and opting in through the UKG Ready app or another authorized ICM Controls Corp. system, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from ICM Controls Corp. at the mobile number provided. Messages may include employee account notifications, scheduling updates, timekeeping alerts, payroll notifications, HR announcements, benefits communications, compliance communications, and other employment-related notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of employment.
2. Opt In/Opt Out Instructions
Employees may opt in through the UKG Ready app or another authorized ICM Controls Corp. system.
To stop receiving SMS/text messages, reply STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from this program unless you opt back in.
To opt back in after opting out, return to Notification Preferences in the UKG Ready app, check the SMS box, accept the SMS terms, confirm the mobile number, and complete the verification process.

6. Supported Carriers
Messaging services are supported by major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier participation may vary, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
