SMS/Text Messaging Policy

ICM Controls Corp. may collect and use employee mobile phone numbers, SMS/text messaging preferences, SMS opt-in records, SMS consent records, and related messaging data for the purpose of operating and delivering employee SMS/text communications through Twilio, the UKG Ready app, and other authorized company systems. These SMS/text messages may include employee account notifications, scheduling updates, timekeeping alerts, payroll notifications, HR announcements, benefits communications, compliance communications, and other employment-related notices.

No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS-related information may be shared with service providers, such as Twilio and UKG, only as necessary to operate, support, and deliver SMS/text communications. These service providers are not permitted to use SMS-related information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Use this Information

We use the Personal Information we collect from you (unless otherwise restricted by law) to:

If you do not wish to receive marketing materials, brochures, or emails from ICM Controls you may inform us of your preference by sending a letter to ICM Controls at the contact information below. URL and IP Address

ICM Controls collects information about users’ IP addresses, including users’ utilization of our Websites, to help us design our Websites to better suit our Website users’ needs. Tracking Technologies
