The ICM518 is a UL Listed Whole-Home Surge Protective Device for 240 VAC Split-Phase configurations designed to protect a dwellings most valuable asset. It can be installed as a Type 1 (whole home) or a Type 2 Surge Protective Device. Type 1 applications include installations before a service entrance or utility meter. Type 2 applications include installations after service entrances protecting particular equipment. The ICM518 has a NEMA Type 4X waterproof rated enclosure that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.- Type 1 or Type 2 Whole Home SPD
